Biokinetics

BIO (LIFE) + KINETICS (MOVEMENT) = LIFE THROUGH MOVEMENT

Biokinetics is concerned with the Science of Movement to aid in the rehabilitation of injury or disease. Biokineticists use Scientific and Medically based exercises to improve ones quality of life and promote individual independence. Movement is an essential part of everyday life – affecting our health, development and ability to function adequately. The ultimate goal and focus is placed on preventing loss of movement and preventing the possibility of future and/or recurrent injury through strength, stability and mobility.
